Special privileges for residents of the Siam Nuwat Group only.

Period: From 1 January 2023 to 31 March 2023 (or until a change in time or conditions are notified)

Refer a friend campaign conditions:
1. In the case where the recommender Take buyers to visit the project, make reservations and complete contracts. Subject to the specified price conditions. Referrers will receive gold at the following rates:
1.1) 1 bedroom, every size: 1 bar of gold valued at 1 baht.
1.2) 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all sizes: 1 bar of gold valued at 2 baht.
2. In the event that both parties are unable to make a reservation and enter into a contract within the specified time, such rights will not be granted.
3. The company will give gold to the referrer within 45 days after booking and completing the contract.
4. Conditions are as specified by the company. The company reserves the right to change the conditions of the promotion without prior notice.
